Don’t just ask the ordinary questions. Think of interesting and fun questions to ask that will actually engage who you are talking to. It will make her want to continue talking. Little conversation prods like, "I bet you like small animals too" or it could be a work related thread she tosses out that you can follow up on with a question.

Questions can be about things, people or feelings …. The KEY is to make it about HER. Women love to talk about themselves so when you ask the right questions you’ll keep the conversation moving on with little effort. That way it is a mutually fun interchange and she’ll love the conversation. She’ll feel you are actually interested in her when the conversation is about her.
